Old Mesilla (¡Eat at La Posta!)
We love coming to Old Mesilla! It's about a 45 min drive from the wedding venue. We highly recommend hitting La Posta for Lunch and if you make it in time you might be able to catch a cute indie movie at The Fountain Theater next door! The Double Eagle is great as well although I prefer having a drink there over food because the food is good at La Posta. The shops are cute and super Southwest.
Zin Valle Vineyards
This is a lovely wine stop on a Sunday afternoon! It's basically 5 or so minutes from the venue.
Downtown El Paso
Downtown is a very cool spot. It sits right at the Juarez/Mexico border. There's interesting rooftop bars with border town views and fun dining. It's about 30 minutes from the venue. Places to check out: DINNER • ELEMI - Featured on Hulu highlighting El Paso/Juarez Mexican food. $$ • CAFE CENTRAL - Best fine dining in El Paso, but pricey. Excellent service. $$$$ BARS • HOTEL INDIGO ROOFTOP BAR - Lovely views of El Paso! • ANSON 11 BISTRO - They have a fun downstairs lively vibe!
