FAQs

Question

Can we stay more than Saturday night?

Answer

Yes, you can also stay Friday night, but please let us know. Select guests will be invited to stay, starting Thursday night.

Question

Do we have to stay on camp?

Answer

No, we reserved a block of rooms at The Hampton at the top of the lake if you would like to stay there. There are also a lot of AirB&B's and VRBO's in the area if that is what you are looking for. Just know that for the hotel, this area is very touristy around this time of year, and will need to book your room sooner than later, if you do not wish to stay on camp.

Question

What meals will be provided to us?

Answer

Meals bring provided to all guests will be the reception dinner. The Welcome party will have snacks and light refreshments. We will be having a Brunch Saturday mid morning.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, seeing as most of our guest will be coming from out of town (and Mikenna loves kids too much,) it wasn't even a question!

Question

What camp activities are being offered and when?

Answer

We will be opening our zipline and tie dye, with them being open for you to go to between 9am-11am. Camp Cory shirts to be tie dyed are available to purchase at the camp store for $12.

Question

What is the price for a cabin on camp? And how can we pay for this?

Answer

The general price for one of our cabins is $125/cabin, no matter the number of nights you stay. If there are people you wouldn't mind sharing a cabin with, the better (families and friends). Payments are still being finalized with camp, but it will either be, you pay the bride and groom before hand and then that goes to camp, or it will be available to pay for at the camp store when you are there.

Question

What is the cookie table?

Answer

We are having a cookie table that our guest are welcome to provide a cookie they would love to share with the guests during the reception. Please let us know what kind of cookie you will be providing, so we can put little signs up for people that may have food restrictions. We also think no more than a batch, if you bring any would be a fine amount, since we are hoping for a number of people to bring cookies to share.

Question

How far is the Hotel to Camp?

Answer

2 minutes away, if that!

Question

Can we bring our dog?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Camp has had to add a policy of no dogs on property (other than the ones that belong to our fulltime staff who live on camp, aka Bonzo)
