We have only blocked a number of rooms here, so please make reservations ASAP. The room rate for a King Bed Loft is $108. If you are a Gold/Diamond Hilton Honors member, please make sure to give them your HH number in order to redeem points and a voucher for your complementary breakfast. Special rates will drop out 3 weeks from our wedding date. You don't pay anything up front. You pay only upon check out. If reserving via phone, please inform the receptionist that you are reserving a blocked room under the Valdecanas Wedding. If reserving via online, after opening the Hotel Link, please verify dates and contact us if you require different Check In or Check Out times. There is no need to enter a group code. Everything is preset. If you need a fridge, you will need to call the hotel directly. Fridges are available upon request of guest and availability. Since this location is a bit farther away, we've arranged guest transportation services from this location only. See shuttle info.

Flight

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport

DFW is an international airport, so it is very large, busy, and a confusing maze-like airport. If you are staying at NYLO, this is the closest airport. When making flight reservations, and you want to land at DFW, make sure you choose the DFW airport code as your destination. This airport is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. We STRONGLY suggest that if they ask if you want a toll tag, get it. This will be your saving grace if you plan on driving outside of Las Colinas. DAL is a completely different airport and is a bit further, but is less hectic in comparison to DFW. Rental Cars are available at the Airport via Shuttle.

Flight

Dallas Love Field Airport ASK FOR A TOLL TAG!!

DAL is a much smaller airport in comparison to DFW. We favor this airport more due to being less chaotic and having a friendlier ambiance, but it may be more expensive. When making flight reservations, and you want to land at DAL, make sure you choose the DAL airport code as your destination. This airport is about 20 minutes away from the hotel. Rental Cars are available at the Airport via Shuttle.

Shuttle

Round Trip Shuttle from NYLO to Aristide

Since this location is a bit farther away, we have arranged guest transportation services. The shuttle will only be available for pick up at NYLO and guests will be dropped off at the venue location. The shuttle will return guests to NYLO at the conclusion of the evening. Please be in the lobby at NYLO Las Colinas, Hilton Tapestry Collection no later than 3:45 PM in order to depart and arrive at the venue on time. Otherwise, they will depart at the scheduled time. Our Bridal and Groom Party will be picked up separately and at an earlier time.
