How We Met

March 15, 2017

John and Krysta's love story begins like most all others do. They first laid eyes on each other whilst absent mindly swiping left through profile after profile. But something in each others pages gave them both pause, and after doing the normal amount of research for any reasonable P.I. investigating a murder suspect, they both swiped right. Their first date started at Bonefish and lasted hours longer than any typical first date would. After that night they were practically inseparable. Texting and snap chatting all through out their work days and meeting each others friends and families before it was socially acceptable to do so. Their relationship progressed quickly and it wasn't long before they made things Facebook Official.

The Engagement

December 27, 2017

John proposed two days after Christmas at Krysta's grandparents house surrounded by her family. With the help of her family John snuck a poem into the end of the kids scavenger hunt for Krysta to find, prompting her to put on a blindfold and follow along for the surprise. Krysta's dad led her and the rest of the family outside to find John encircled in flowers. As Krysta took off her blindfold John began to read another poem, "From the day we met I already knew That I saw myself being with you Your beauty, your humor, how you light up a room, Anyone that can't see how great you are must be a buffoon. From lazy days, to traveling to pretending we life to run, No matter what we do, we always have so much fun. I love everything about you and it's without question I can say That you make me happy every single day. So here in front of you and family I get down on one knee to ask you - Krysta Danielle Michael, will you marry me?" Krysta stood in shock and disbelief before murmuring, "I guess."

What To Expect

April 27, 2019

This wedding is going to be a bit non traditional. No bouquet toss, no seating plan, no formal table settings. We are so excited to spend the day surrounded by everyone we care about and are not concerned with formalities or fanciness.
