FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we’ve listed here, please reach out to the Bride at 561-727-7717.
Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Afternoon Glam! We want our guests to be relaxed and have a ball in this beautiful rustic setting. Gals: Daytime party dresses will look fabulous! Skirts, dress pants & stylish jumpsuits welcome. Wintertime on Amelia Island can be chilly - a jacket or wrap will keep you warm. Glitz and drama expected, and please don't forget your dancing shoes! Guys: No denim, please, but no ties required. Suits, sports jackets and slacks with open collar dress shirts will look great. Remember, we want you to feel comfortable. So if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose!

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Amelia Island will be cool & crisp in February. Expect the highs to be in the 60's, lows in the 50's.

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

If your hotel is located on the plantation, most likely yes. Check out the Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need. If you're still unsure, call your hotel directly.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held indoors!

Question

Will there be parking for the event?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the grounds, free of charge.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is January 1st, 2022. Check out our RSVP page to reply online and find all the info you need.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #MIKECEELSTHEDEAL so we can document our special occasion! Our photographer requests that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.
