To help the planning process, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. Our deadline is August 1st, 2025. If we do not have your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you down as a no. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
The ceremony will be taking place at St. Mary's Cathedral in downtown Portland. This was the church that we started going to together when we first started dating because it was in between where each of us lived. We've been going to mass there ever since, and it's a very special place for the both of us. Our reception will be held at Stoller Family Estate, a winery down in Dayton Oregon. The drive is about an hour from the ceremony to the reception. The ceremony should end between 3-3:30. We have left you with plenty of time to get from the church to the winery in time for cocktail hour at 5pm. You can stop at your hotel if need be, or explore the town before cocktail hour starts. Check out our travel section for more info! If you have transportation issues, please let us know and we can help you find a ride.
No! We welcome everyone to attend our ceremony, which will be a full Catholic Mass. We expect this to take around an hour, but if you would like to just attend the reception, that is totally fine with us, please just let us know! We understand if attending a Catholic ceremony is something you're not comfortable with. However, there will be a program so you can follow along and understand what's happening.
We kindly ask that you put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family and who are part of the wedding party.
We recommend staying closer to our reception location down near Dayton if you are coming from out of town (or even if you're a local and you're wanting a little vacation!) That way when the reception ends at 10pm, you won't have far to go to get home safely. However, if you prefer a city vibe for your vacation or you're wanting to explore more of Portland, check out places to stay in downtown Portland! Check out our travel section for a list of recommended places to stay. If you are having issues with lodging, please let us know so we can help you!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
