The wedding date falls on a long weekend (Victoria Day), so, expect travel costs to be a little higher than average. We encourage you to book in advance to avoid last minute premium costs! For anyone thinking of arriving early or staying after the wedding, feel free to contact us and we'll try to pair people up at large Airbnb homes to reduce costs. Also, please let us know if you'd be open to offering your car for ride share, or require a ride share to Victoria. Most people will be from Vancouver, with a handful from Seattle, we'd be happy to set you up with another local and make some new friends!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Victoria is the closest hotel to Hatley Castle. But feel free to book any hotel you prefer. If you're booking any hotel through Expedia, please contact us for a 10% off Friends & Family discount!

There are amazing options all around the city. The venue is based in Colwood neighbourhood, but you will love any neighborhood that you pick around the city!

Flight

YYJ

YYJ is the easiest option for domestic/international flights, and it's only a 30 min car ride from the venue. YVR is another option for our international friends. If you require a car share from Vancouver, we'd be happy to arrange a ride with one of our local Vancouver friends!
