Question
How do we get to Sitges?
Answer
Sitges is the town where the hotel blocks are, and where transportation will pick you up for the wedding on Saturday. From the Barcelona airport, it is easy to get a taxi / uber - the drivers know where Sitges is (there are also bus and train public transportation options). It takes around 35 minutes by car to get to the hotels in Sitges, and should cost about 60 to 80 euros. The hotel block options (Hotel MIM and Calipolis) are literally right next to each other. There are also trains from Barcelona to Sitges directly. We recommend using Google maps to navigate around Sitges.

How many events are there, and what are they?
Answer
There are two events: (A) a welcome event on Friday (at the PICNIC restaurant in Sitges, which is across the street from the hotels); and (B) the main wedding (ceremony, reception and after party) on Saturday at Masia Cabellut. Please refer to the "Schedule" section for details.

Answer
The wedding is at a winery called Masia Cabellut. Masia Cabellut is ~40 minutes away from Sitges.

What is the dress code for the various events?
Answer
For both the Friday Welcome Event and the Saturday wedding, the dress code is smart casual. Please avoid wearing white and black, or similar shades of these two colors.

What is the transportation to and from the wedding event?
Answer
The Friday welcome event will be hosted at Pic Nic in Sitges, which is a 1-minute walk from Hotel Calipolis and Hotel MIM (which are right next to each other). There will be buses to the wedding venue from the hotels on Saturday before the ceremony. The buses will arrive at 4:45pm in front of Hotel Calipolis. In the evening after the party, the buses will take guests back around 12am and 2:30am. If you'd like to call a taxi to get to the venue or to the bus, below is taxi service option: Taxi Sitges +34 93 894 13 29. If you'd like to call a taxi back to the hotel from the venue, please notify our onsite wedding planner.

Answer

If you have indicated your dietary restrictions in your RSVP, we have already coordinated those with the catering company. If you have not indicated any restrictions, but would like to do so, please message Mike or Wendy as soon as possible so that we can accommodate

It is likely going to be fairly hot the day of the wedding, so please dress and prepare accordingly (smart casual is fine for the wedding). We will have: (a) cold beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic); and (b) hand fans & umbrellas for our guests to stay cool

Answer
Bringing yourselves and celebrating with us is the best gift that we can ask for! We understand that many of you are coming to Spain to celebrate us (we are honored!) so gift is not required. As many people have asked us about registry, we have set up a registry on our wedding website, or, please Venmo "@michael-lee-13" if you would like to send a gift!

There are many cute local cafes and restaurants in Sitges. During busy summer seasons, we recommend to make reservations when you can. You may use Google Maps to navigate around and see reviews.
