The Domain is about 20 miles south of Garey House, where the wedding will be held. This is the place to stay if you want to be close to shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment! Some of our favorite places to visit in the Domain are Maggiano's Italian, Xian Noodles, Frost Gelato, and Velvet Taco. Located just under 8 miles from Garey House, Candlewood Cedar Park is in a much more relaxed part of town. There are still shops and restaurants nearby but has more of a slow, Texas pace. Some of our nearby favorite places include Hopdoddy Burgers, Chuy's Mexican, and Whitestone Brewery. Travel Note
For all of our guests flying from CT, we recommend flying out of JFK or BOS rather than BDL. There aren’t any direct flights from BDL to AUS and they typically cost about $150+ more.

We highly recommend booking a rental car while in town, since we will be anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes from the airport. Our wedding is also taking place during ACL (Austin's largest music festival) so while Uber and Lyft will be available, there may be delays or surges happening throughout the weekend.
