There's a scenic ~7-mile loop around Lake Caspian, perfect for a leisurely bike ride or a longer run. Highland Center for the Arts
Visit the local performing arts theater that hosts a variety of shows and events, including an artist-made mini-golf course, or take 15 minutes to browse the current art exhibit on display.
Highland Lodge
We love that everyone can come together and make lasting memories all in one place. Highland Lodge offers plenty of spaces to unwind and have fun. Inside, you'll find a game room at the back of the main lodge, complete with a ping pong table and an assortment of board games. Relax by Lake Caspian at Highland’s private lakefront beach, complete with beach equipment and boat access, all available for you to enjoy throughout the weekend. Enjoy the fresh air with cornhole and other yard games in the beer garden area. Or, simply relax on the front porch and take in the breathtaking views. No matter how you choose to spend your time, the lodge is yours to enjoy throughout the weekend!
Hill Farmstead Brewery
Considered by many to be the best brewery in the world, Hill Farmstead is 10 minutes away from Highland Lodge. Stop by their draft room and retail shop, Wednesdays to Saturdays, 12:00-5:00pm for pints, special edition bottles, and growler fills. Perfect for a leisurely afternoon tasting or grabbing a growler to enjoy back at the lodge. There is usually a local food truck on site as well to grab a bite to eat.
Miller's Thumb Gallery
Pop down to Miller's Thumb, a gristmill turned gallery and jewelry shop with artwork by 80-plus Vermont artists.
Mountain View Country Club
For a round of golf or a game of tennis, head to Mountain View Country Club and soak in the beautiful surroundings of Greensboro. Just a 5-minute drive from Highland Lodge, this scenic club features a 9-hole, par 35 golf course with views of Mount Mansfield and Caspian Lake. Pete's Greens
Pete's Greens is a certified organic, four-season vegetable farm nestled on the edge of Vermont's picturesque Northeast Kingdom. Their farmstand, located at the entrance to the farm, is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8am to 7pm. A visit here is always a delightful stop, featuring a unique live roof and an array of locally sourced goods. In addition to their own fresh, organic produce, Pete's Greens offers a variety of localvore products, including eggs, grains, honey, cheese, yogurt, pastured meats, and more.

Willey's Store Inc.
Willey's is one of Vermont's largest and oldest country stores that has been family owned and operated for 5 generations (and just celebrated their 125th anniversary!). You will find everything you need under one roof - hardware, clothing, dry goods, deli/meat counter and gas. They carry a huge variety of local products from yarn to grass fed beef, pork and chicken.
Wilson Farm Market
Wilson Farm is a must-visit during our vacations in Greensboro. This charming organic herb farm and small-batch apothecary creates their own ice cream, and it's absolutely out of this world! Stop by for a sweet snack, fresh produce, or some natural wine!
