Our first date was at a Stone Arch Brewpub in Appleton. We enjoyed good beer and split a pizza while enthralled in each others conversation. We were having such a good time, it took a while to notice everyone else on the patio had left! We didn't want the night to end so took a short walk before parting ways.

While on our vacation to North Carolina, we were back country camping for an overnight at Mt. Mitchell State Park. Not far into the trail, just past the first mountain, we stopped for a break. It was there atop the second mountain "Big Tom" that Mike got down on one knee and asked Risa to climb many more mountains together. Risa and Marlowe undoubtedly said "Yes!"
