When should I book lodging?

Answer

ASAP! Because of the holiday, we were only able to secure a limited number of rooms. All room block links are in the Travel tab.

What do I do if the rooms blocks are all sold out?

Answer

Please feel free to visit our hotels regular sites to book at non-block rates. There are also several hotels close to those with room blocks that would be a short walk to hop on the shuttle - we recommend the Kinn Guesthouse, Hilton Garden Inn, or Hotel Metro.

Is there transportation to/from the venue from the hotels?

Answer

Ceremony Shuttle: There will be 1 shuttle run departing each hotel below at 4:40pm Reception Shuttles: There will be continuous shuttle service from the hotels below starting at 5:40pm until all guests are taken care of Shuttle drivers will take a break during dinner and start return service to the hotels below from 10:30pm until 1am

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, they have a parking lot as well as plenty of street parking.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
