Reno-Tahoe International Airport

Due to the uncertainty with Mike being on orders in Japan, we are recommending that everyone purchase refundable flights in case we have to postpone the wedding for any reason. This is the best place to fly into. The airport is about and hour and 15 minutes away from The Twenty Mile House and hotels. We recommend either renting a car from the airport or renting a car through Turo.

This is where we will be having our rehearsal dinner. Afterwards, everyone is invited to join us for welcome drinks! This is also the location for our ceremony and reception. We are planning on the ceremony and reception being held outside. It may get a little chilly in the evening, please bring something to keep you warm!

Greenhorn Ranch

There are a few different options available at Greenhorn Ranch. There will be twelve lodge rooms, double occupancy. Eight Pine Cabins which sleep 6-8. Lastly, there will be four Creekside cabins, slightly smaller than the Pine Cabins. A great opportunity to get cozy with friends and family! When booking with Greenhorn Ranch, you will need to call them to reserve a room and mention that you are part of the Kaczanowski/Ballester Wedding. Rooms will be held until December 31st.
