We have been told it's best to get accommodations as quickly as possible as there will be lots of rooms booking up due to tourists seeing the fall leaves change colors.
Aside from the rooms we had blocked at the Comfort Inn, there are many airbnbs in the area if you are looking for a more cozy place to stay.
