Travel Note
There are 2 main airports you could fly into. Denver International airport and Eagle County Regional Airport While Eagle County Regional Airport is closer to Copper Mountain, it is in the mountains, a much smaller airport, and so, much more susceptible to weather. Eagle is about a 1 hour drive to Copper Mountain. There are car rentals available at Eagle Denver International Airport is a large airport and is about 2 hours drive time away, and has extensive car rental options. There are also private driver options from Denver, as well as a at least one shuttle service, Summit Express. However, traffic, especially on the morning of a weekend can be significant and double or triple drive time, especially if recent snow storm.
Travel Note
Copper Mountain itself is relatively walkable, and isnt that large (about a mile across); getting to other nearby cities (e.g., Vail, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco) can be challenging if attempting to Uber. There are county buses that do run between them though. If you are planning to stay only at Copper (and there are a good amount of food options and lodging options), it isn't necessary, unless planning to venture to other towns
Travel Note
If planning on staying around the Copper Mountain Resort itself, there are several hotel options, as well as numerous Airbnb and VRBOs. These do include large suites/hotel rooms able to hold 6+ people. Nearby towns, (Frisco and Silverthorne) do have more budget friendly hotel chains and airbnb, though bus planning, or rental car may be needed

In order to receive group rates, guests will need to call the Group Reservations line to book a condo or hotel room with Copper Lodging. Group Rates are call only. You can call 866-837-2996 and reference group code 6323 when making reservations. Guests can indicate their preferred Village (wedding is taking place in the East Village), size of unit, and the metal rating. Metal ratings are Bronze, Silver, and Gold options, with rates increasing for each option. Bronze having fewer amenities in the building and Gold having the best amenities. Guests wanting to book something with a unit specific request (king beds vs queens, unit facing the mountain, etc.) it will require a 15% unit specific upgrade fee. Copper Lodging offers 1–5-bedroom condos, 1 and 2- bedroom condos are more common, as well as studio options with a kitchen, or hotel style units with no kitchen. There is a Cambria hotel on site, which you use the website to book which is in Center Village. We don't have group rates available at Cambria, but it is possible they may have a lower nightly rates. We unable to provide specific per night rates with Copper Lodging because of the variables with their winter rates. For example, if guests book Friday and Saturday, they will have higher per night rates than someone booking a longer stay. There may also be a difference between a Thursday-Saturday reservation and a Friday-Sunday reservation. Be aware there is a 2 night minimum requirement during the winter. We recommend lodging at Copper due to the parking situation in the winter. Any overnight parking will require a fee if they are not lodging at Copper and all internal lots will require a day fee. The closest free lot to JJ's is Alpine Lot. The shuttles around the villages are absolutely the best way to get around in the winter. Lodging units with kitchens are guaranteed a covered parking spot. All Cambria parking is uncovered.
