This airline has cheap, non-stop flights to St Pete from most of your areas! Mike and I have used this airline several times to go from Bloomington to St. Pete and have never had any issues. However, keep in mind that these are "cheap flights" so it's not luxurious by any means. For example: we never opt to choose out seats, since that costs extra, so there is always a chance that we won't be sitting together (but we almost always are).
