Where should we stay for the weekend?

Discount codes have been arranged for Danfords Hotel & Marina and Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook - please see the travel section of our website for booking details. Rooms are limited so please book early! VRBO and Airbnb options are also available at your discretion. For those staying in NYC, please see the travel section of our websites for LIRR details.

Guests traveling in are welcome to join Welcome Drinks being hosted at Danfords Hotel & Marina on 8/8/25 at 6:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is preferred - please avoid blue. Note, the cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We kindly request no children at the reception. This wedding has been curated for mature audiences only. Any children who make it past security will be given red bull and a kazoo on the way out.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please be discreet in taking any photos so the photo and video pros can capture our important moments with ease.

Will there be shuttles available on the wedding day?

Answer

Of course - we want you to enjoy the wedding festivities responsibly. Check back for shuttle times closer to the wedding date.

Is there a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will end around 3:30pm. You'll have downtime before the reception which starts promptly at 6:00pm at The Old Field Club. Shuttles will be provided between the church, hotels and wedding venue.
