Open Seating Arrangements. Food Served as a Continuous Cocktail Party Style. Open Bar. Live DJ. Sweets from Flour & Sugar Cakery. Pizza Truck to top off the night. Unlike formal receptions, cocktail-style dinners emphasize a wide variety of food served as passed hors d’oeuvres and small bites. This provides an opportunity for guests to enjoy a wide variety of foods - think sliders, mini tacos, dumplings - not your traditional wedding cuisine! The cocktail-style party also offers open, unassigned seating arrangements. The goal of this style opens up the space to more mingling, dancing, and a less formal structure.
