This airport is about 3.5 hours drive from Erhard. Domestic flights are also available from Minneapolis to Fargo (1 hour from Erhard). As of June 1, there will also be direct flights on Air Canada from Montreal to Minneapolis for anyone travelling from here: https://www.aircanada.com/en-ca/canada-us-flights

We recently discovered this great car-sharing rental app. You rent cars from individuals rather than big companies, and can often get cheaper rates. On the app you can cancel your trip for free, up to 24 hours before it starts, and the app also offers car insurance to go along with your rental. If you are arriving at the international airport in Minneapolis, there are several options available, as well as some in the Fargo area. There are several car rental options in Minnesota. If you are planning to either rent a car during your stay, or drive to Tonseth Lake from Canada or elsewhere, you may want to consider using Priceline for rental bookings as they have cheaper pricing, or the Turo Car Sharing App mentioned on the left. The closest car rental company is located in Fergus Falls, but may not offer one-way rentals (pick-up and drop-off different locations). Contact us if you have any trouble or have any questions!
