No we are not! Our Queens apartment is not nearly big enough for new household items. Your presence is all we ask for, but if you'd like to give a gift, consider contributing to our house/honeymoon fund :)
This event is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but so are suits and cocktail dresses. A good portion of the evening will take place outside and on grass, so dress for warm weather and maybe rethink the stilettos. We want everyone to be comfortable!
We love your kids, but we strongly encourage you to enjoy a little parent's night out for this one! In lieu of a gift, please treat yourself to a babysitter if possible. If for whatever reason you can't get childcare and you need to bring your kids, please just let us know ahead of time.
Yes, there will be shuttles between the two hotel blocks and the venue before the ceremony and after the reception! There is also Uber and Lyft in the area, but they are limited so we recommend booking your ride in advance. There is a parking lot at the venue if you'd like to drive. If you drive in but take the shuttle or a cab home, you are welcome to leave your car in the venue lot overnight as long as you pick it up the next morning.
We plan on partying until midnight :) If you're looking to keep the party going after that, The Partition Bar in Saugerties or NightSwim Kingston are two great options!
