Take a walk around the National Mall! Visit the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, or the George Mason Memorial (where we got engaged!). Parking might be difficult so we suggest taking an Uber.
Grab Coffee Next to the Venue at Soleluna
Great coffee and pastries!
Walk Around Union Market
Grab lunch from one of the many awesome vendors inside the market, visit the shops, or get a drink on the roof at The High Lawn!
National Portrait Gallery
If you're an art fan, the National Portrait Gallery is a must-see.
The National Air & Space Museum
Walk around the Air and Space Museum, one of our favorite museums in the city, or one of the many other Smithsonian museums and galleries.
Go Shopping in Georgetown
Go shopping on M Street, get lunch, or compare the rivaling cupcake shops -- Baked & Wired or Georgetown Cupcakes. Hint: Baked & Wired is better...
Take Pictures in Front of the Capitol Building
Take pictures on either (or both) sides of the Capitol, the place where we could have met but didn't!
