IT'S OFFICIAL.. WE'RE GETTING MARRIED

We met in the Winter of 2016 but didn't really start talking till the Spring of 2016 at a wedding where we were paired to walk together. Little did I know that from that day, he would be something special. As the day went on, he proved to be quite the handful, spilling on his tie while waiting in line during the rehearsal walk (still don't know how he managed it cause he didn't eat or drink anything) and getting paint chips on his butt from leaning against the peeling railing. But he was already making me laugh as I was getting the stain out of his tie with a tide stick. His friends all made comments about how "I was kinda perfect for him". I ended up having to leave early from the reception due to a work conflict and he, to this day, will claim that I left him in the "Middle of a Memory". (later found out that this song by Cole Swindell was playing as I left and he didn't get to dance with me) Don't worry though, we exchanged numbers and began dating officially a week later on 06/06/16. Oh and he did finally get his dance a year later at his older sister's wedding!! :)

There was a group of about 10 of us bowling at Woody's Bar and Bowling Alley celebrating my graduation from Aquinas College on the night of the proposal. I had planned the event ahead of time but had no idea that he had planned to pop the question (I guess that's the point) (so essentially I planned my own proposal). It was the 10th frame of the 3rd game when I nearly plowed him over as I was walking backwards (I was watching to see if my ball was going to take down any pins). I whipped around and yelled "What?" before realizing what he was asking, I balled like a baby as he asked me if I would marry him. :) I graduated with my Bachelors that day and ended the night an engaged woman surrounded by family and friends!! :) It was by far one of the best nights of my life!! :) The next best day will be the day we say "I DO", September 7th, 2019!! :)
