Things To Do -> Relive our First Date!

New York City is a fabulous, beautiful city with plenty of tourist attractions you can find online. Here is the itinerary of our lovely first date curated by Mike back in 2021~

La Isla Downtown

104 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030

The first stop of our very first date was in La Isla in Hoboken, where we established that we are not murderers and had lovely empanadas and coffee before heading to the path train to World Trade Center.

The Dead Rabbit

30 Water Street, New York, NY 10004

After getting down on the World Trade Center, we walked to the Dead Rabbit and had a couple of their deliciously known Irish Coffees before renting city bikes and biking through China Town and Little Italy until our next destination

Attaboy

134 Eldridge Street, New York, NY 10002

The third spot of our date guided by Mike was the Attaboy, the second renown bar of the night (not that Isa cared or understood much about that fact at the time). Attaboy is a cool and hard-to-get-into speakeasy bar on the Lower East Side, run by former Milk & Honey bartenders. You can't make reservations, but you can ring the doorbell and put your name in the list :)

The Ten Bells

247 Broome Street, New York, NY 10002

Conveniently located under Michael's old apartment building, Ten Bells was our last stop of the night proceeded by a beautiful NYC view from the roof of his apartment and the first time we ever kissed ~

Cafe Wha?

115 MacDougal Street, New York, NY 10012

Cafe Wha? was not on our date night but it is a must go if you want to enjoy live music in the Village! Our best recommendation is to reserve spots online, getting dinner at Arvine and heading to Cafe Wha? early as the lines get crowded and they won't let people in once the space is full. If you enjoy the night life, it is truly worth the wait! Who knows and we find you after the weeding... ;)
