It is with great honor that I introduce Carlos. Carlos is the father to our most important friend Andres Ramon Portillo who passed away on August 24th, 2023. Andres exact words to Mikey were “of course I’ll be your best man I wouldn’t miss it for the world” it is with a heavy heart to know he is watching from heaven. Emmanuel loves all things history and is a total war buff, Emmanuel likes oldies and playing video games with his brothers or cousins.
