While we love your little ones we do ask that our ceremony and reception be adults only.

Is the Reception and Ceremony close to town?

Answer

The Whiteface Club is a little over a mile outside of downtown Lake Placid. We will arrange transportation to and from The Whiteface Club from downtown. All hotels we have recommended will be within walking distance of the pick up locations for transportation.

What is the best way to get to Lake Placid?

Answer

For those who are able we highly suggest driving to Lake Placid. There are no major airports within a 2 hour drive from Lake Placid and little public transit in the area. For those who will need to fly in and drive we suggest the following airports, Plattsburgh International, Albany International and Adirondack Regional Airport. Father options include NYC major airports (5 1/2 hour drive), Ottawa Ontario (3 hour drive), or Burlington VT (2 hr drive).

What is the dress code?

We ask guests to wear formal attire. The ceremony will be outside and the reception inside with open doors.
