Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as kids can make for a good party, we are having an adult only event. Use this as an excuse to have a nice night out with food, drinks, and dancing without having to worry about chasing after your little ones.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive and be seated no later than 3:45pm. If you are planning to utilize the shuttle service at the hotels, they will begin loading passengers at 3:00pm and leave at 3:15pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, please only bring a date if it is specified on your invitation.

How should I dress?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire: men in suits and women in dresses or pant suits, no jeans please. Make sure you’re in something comfortable because dancing will begin promptly after dinner and we expect everyone to be on the dance floor!!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Please park in the first parking lot and walk to the building. The parking lot closer to the building is reserved for the wedding party and immediate family.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will begin loading passengers at 3:00pm and leave for the venue at 3:15pm. The shuttles will take guests back to the hotels at 12:30am. Please utilize this service as we want all of our guests to have safe transportation.

Will the ceremony be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. With it being November, the chance of rain and snow could mean moving the ceremony inside. If it’s just cold we still plan to have it outside, but don’t worry it will be a quick ceremony.

What food and drinks will be served?

Answer

Appetizers will be available at cocktail hour. Dinner will be a buffet style taco bar with the option of ground beef or shredded chicken. The bar is open and will include a selection of beers, mixed drinks, wines, and seltzers. Non-alcohol beverages will also be available. We will not be serving cake, but instead will have a dessert table you can help yourself to.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Whenever we want! We have the venue to ourselves the entire weekend. All that we ask is you have safe transportation back to your home or the hotels so keep this in mind when determining how late you plan to stay.
