WHERE WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at the Earl Grey Golf Club in Calgary, Alberta. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE WEDDING?

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will commence at 3:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow plenty of time to settle in and find a seat (and have a glass of champagne on us!).

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
We love all your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of some older children. If your child is among those invited, this will be indicated on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out!

WHAT TYPE OF BAR WILL BE AVAILABLE?

There will be a subsidized cash bar available.

WHAT COLOUR ARE THE BRIDESMAIDS WEARING?

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a soft yellow.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown located at 525 5th Avenue SW. Please go to the 'Travel' section for additional details on how to reserve a room. We have also listed a few of our favourite Calgary hotels for you to choose from, should you not wish to take advantage of the room block.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.
