You don't want to miss this! It's free and located in downtown Spokane. You'll walk down some stairs to see a waterfall and dam on the Spokane River. Cool fact: The Indian name for the Spokane Falls was "Stluputqu", meaning "swift water".

Check out Riverfront Park. Right in the heart of downtown Spokane. The 100 acre park is located along the Spokane River containing the upper Spokane Falls and just upstream from Spokane Falls. It was created for Expo 1974, a World's Fair event. It also holds the largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament in the world - Hoopfest - always held end of June.
