FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 19. Your timeliness ensures we can get a proper headcount for things like catering.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Zola and Target.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue constraints, we can only accommodate those named on the invitation. We hope you can still celebrate with us! Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please bring your kiddos if you'd like! Please RSVP that they are coming so we can ensure they get a kid's meal.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please do. In your RSVP, there is a chance for you to answer a question about any dietary restrictions you may have. We will work with our caterer to accommodate food allergies.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, so feel free to wear your khakis or dress pants, favorite dress or blouse, and button-downs (no ties needed!). We want you to feel comfortable and like yourself, so we encourage you to rock your favorite outfit and show off your style! Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside, so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater to keep warm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking at Ahavah Cottage. If you leave your vehicle there overnight, it just needs to be picked up by 10 a.m. the next morning.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle service through Classic Coaches both to and from the wedding ceremony/reception. Pickups and dropoffs are from our recommended hotels, Arch + Cable and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Pick-up times from the hotels to the venue are 3 p.m. at Arch + Cable and 3:30 p.m. at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Pick-up times from the venue back to the hotels are 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
