There will be approximately 2 hours between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour. Guests who are arriving the same day as the ceremony may want to check in to their hotel during this time if they do not receive an early check in. We also encourage guests to try one of the nearby bars to kill some time. Bars near the ceremony location include City Tap, Assembly, and Victory Brewing (very Philly-centric!). Complimentary valet outside the venue will start at 4:30pm if guests want to park their car and walk to one of the following bars until cocktail hour begins. Bars near the reception location include Jerry's Bar, Standard Tap, and Urban Village Brewing Company.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've receive a plus one it will be specifically stated on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
While we love all children, we ask you leave them at home for the weekend and enjoy our mostly child free wedding.
To help us with our planning please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is not until September 18, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we will have to mark you as 'no' as we need to provide the venue with a final guest count in a timely manner.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will start at 2:00pm so plan to arrive by 1:30pm.
Yes! We will be offering a variety of entrées including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Entrées will be ordered table side, so you can give any dietary restrictions directly to your server. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out to one of us!
