I can't believe 2 years of long distance (Paris, Clemson, JMU, and NYC) and 5 years in DC have FINALLY led to our wedding. I remember telling my friend before I got on the plane to Paris in 2015 that I was going to marry Mike. One of my many flaws is that I relish in "being right" a little too much, but this is by far my favorite thing I have been right about. Over the years, Mike and I have kicked-off careers in DC, spent time with our amazing family and friends and most recently, tolerated each other through the pandemic! Mike is my best friend, my constant comic relief and my loudest supporter and cheerleader. I am so lucky and could not be more thrilled to call him my husband. We both are so excited to celebrate our marriage with our friends and families in September 2022 and we can't thank you enough for all of the encouragement and love you have shown us along the way! Cheers!
I’ve had the pleasure of a lifetime dating one of the most amazing, smart, and driven people I have ever known for eight years, and I somehow convinced this person to marry me. We’ve been through so many life experiences together - graduating college and getting our careers started, traveling, eating, and drinking our way around the world. I’m incredibly grateful to have someone like Caroline agree to marry me after countless hours I’ve spent in the office (and on the golf course), and I consider myself the luckiest man on the planet that I can call her mine. She is my foundation of support in all aspects of my life, and she never stops at anything to cheer me up or put me back on the right path. September 2022 can not come soon enough, and I cannot wait to be surrounded by our friends and family to celebrate this special occasion!
