What precautions are being taken due to COVID-19 (UPDATED 09/28/20)?
Answer
We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic may be a factor in the decision to join us on our wedding day. We recently met with our wedding planner, chef, and the hotel special event planner to discuss all the new COVID-19 precautionary measures. The ceremony and cocktail hour are both outdoors. While walking in the hotel and elevators, masks are required. Throughout the hotel, there are numerous hand sanitizing stations. It is worth noting that we have replaced the Corona beer selection with White Claws (there ain't no laws when drinking the claws). With a guest count of 88, our tables for the reception will have only 6-8 guests per every 10-foot round table. While in the reception room, we have private restrooms just for our guests. At the reception if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, do it! We know that there is a big o' smile under that mask, especially if you are watching the dance floor.

Can we bring our little kiddos?

Unfortunately this is an adults only wedding; however, we do encourage everyone to act like a child.

What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-formal. For men long pants are required. Women please do not wear a white dress. That color is reserved for someone else. Those who choose to wear white may receive a red bottom shoe thrown at them.

Answer
The average high temperature is 72 degrees. The average low temperature is 53.8 degrees.

What is the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
Uber or Lyft. If you are feeling adventurous you can try hitchhiking or riding on a dolphin.

Ceremony begins at 4:00 P.M. Please be in your seats by 3:55 P.M. or get a very stern look from our wedding planner.

Will there be adult alcoholic beverages served?

Cmon. Really. If you don't know this answer, we may need to reconsider your invite.

Where is the ceremony located?
Answer
The Ceremony will be outside on the Sky Terrace of the hotel (16th floor). See home page on wedding website for a glimpse.

The cocktail hour is located outside on 2nd floor of the Hotel on the Belleair Room Terrace.

The reception is located on the 2nd floor of the Hotel in the Belleair Room.

Is there parking at the hotels?
Answer
Yes. Both hotels have parking garages. At the Hyatt, valet is $29/day or $25/day self park. At Spring Hill Suites it is $18/day.

Are there songs that will be banned from playing at the reception?

Oh yea. NO chicken dance. NO Macarena. NO YMCA. NO Backstreet Boys or NKOTB. WE are an NSYNC Family.
