When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire - dress up a little with us. Men are encouraged to wear a sport coat and slacks. Ladies are encouraged to wear a dress or dressy separate's.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue constraints and the nature of our event, we are only able to accommodate children of family as specified in our invitations.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on the invitation with their name. We will not accommodate for additional guests not listed on the invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, Bri and Mike will be hosting a welcome party for out of town guests on Friday, September 12th at their house near the hotel and venue. Please RSVP when you RSVP for the wedding as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please be sure to include any specific dietary allergies when submitting your RSVP and we will be happy to accommodate your needs!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat on time.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the hotel at the Fairfield Inn at Southlands at 3:40pm and the first drop off back at the hotel will be at 9:45pm. The last departure time will be at 10:45pm from the venue. Fairfield Inn at Southlands hotel address: 24192 East Prospect Avenue, Aurora, CO 80016

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. You can leave your car overnight until 10am the next day if needed.
