Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Hidden Creek Lodge & wedding venue, located at 760 Grandview Road, a short walk North from the Pine Rose Cabins lobby.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive no later that 3:45pm to be seated.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is plenty of free overnight parking at the wedding venue entrance and around the Pine Rose Cabins grounds.

What should I wear?

Dress code is semi-formal

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. However, the venue will have fire pits and koi ponds that may not be safe for children. Also, please ensure they are quiet during the ceremony and sit next to the outside/back if needed :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we’d love to invite every person we know and have a giant party, we have a strict guest list we must stick to. Please refer to your wedding invitation if you’ve been reserved a spot for a plus-one.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Please refer to our "travel" tab for hotel discounts and be sure to provide our special code when you call the number. The bride and groom will be staying at the Pine Rose Cabins. We have room blocks at the Pine Rose Cabins, Redwood Cabins, and Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa. There are also airbnb's available nearby.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 31st, 2023. You can RSVP at any point on this website under the Schedule tab, or you can text us and we can check you off :)
