Kahului Airport (OGG)
Kahului Airport is the largest and main airport on Maui. While it is further from the suggested areas to stay in, it will be the best airport for you to fly into, as the other two are small commuter airports and therefore more expensive.
Rental Car
Car Rentals & Ride Shares
We highly suggest a rental car as the distance between locations can be far, especially if you want to explore! Don't forget to ask friends and family to share! Cars can be rented at the airport with or after your flight purchase, but we also suggest looking at Turo for cheaper prices. Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft are available from the airport and around the island. Keep in mind that there may be fewer available cars than on the mainland, and to account for extra time for pick-ups, etc.
