Shuttle Service • Hours: 5:00am to midnight • During hours of operation, the Airport Shuttle leaves the hotel every hour, on the hour (:00), with trips returning to the hotel on the half hour (:30). • Our shuttle is green & white, and says “Holiday Inn Chicago—Elk Grove” along with the phone number on the side, to indicate our property. • Upon arrival at the hotel, please inform the Guest Service Agent at the front desk of the day, date, and time of your scheduled departure flight to arrange return transportation PICK UP • When your flight lands, please call the hotel directly when you are ready for pick up and provide the Guest Service Agent with the number of people in your party. • The pick-up area for Domestic flights is at Terminal 2— Bus/Shuttle Center at Door 2 on Level 1 of the Main Parking Garage between Elevator Centers 3 & 4, and is located across from the Airport Hilton hotel entrance. • The pick-up area for International flights is at International Terminal 5E.
