Wedding Shuttle from the hotel to the wedding and back

A shuttle will be provided for the day of the wedding. The shuttle will arrive the front of The Hilton Garden Inn hotel at 3:45pm to pick everyone up. It will leave at 4:00pm on the dot to arrive at Casa Feliz in time for the ceremony. The bus is taking everyone in one trip. Feel free to wait for the shuttle to arrive down stairs in the lobby. The bus will be waiting at Casa Feliz at 10pm when the wedding ends. It will drive anyone back to the hotel

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park

Our hotel manager from The Hilton Garden Inn is doing us a huge favor and allowing guests to book here (an equally nice hotel next door) and honor the same $189/night deal that was offered at the Hilton since the Hilton is all booked up. Please follow the steps below. Step 1: Book a standard 1 king bed room or a 2 queen bed room at the SpringHill Suites at its normal price. Step 2: Email alisonhuck@yahoo.com your name and confirmation # of your booking. Step 3: We will email the hotel manager your confirmation code and she will manually adjust the price to the discounted price of $189/night! Pick any selection of nights between October 13-18 and the discount will apply. Please do not try calling the front desk. They will not know who you are talking about.

**This hotel is now at capacity for the discount price** But you can still get the same discount (189/night) at their sister hotel, SpringHill Suites. It is across the parking lot to this hotel. Please reference SpringHill Suites (the other hotel on this web page) for more info. The Welcome party will be located in the lobby at the Hilton. Shuttle for the wedding will leave from here. Much of the wedding party and the bride & groom will be staying here so you know it will be a fun time.
