How Our Team Came To Be
The bride and groom love baseball with their whole hearts, so it's only fitting the story began with a photo taken on one of the most iconic diamonds. Mike posted a picture from his trip there with Charlie & Wyatt. When Amber stumbled upon it, back in December of 2021, she couldn't help but tap the little pink heart.
Not long after, he messaged her, casually asking if she knew where the photo was taken. Instead of the simple response, "The Field of Dreams," she replied, "Dyersville, Iowa," and he knew she was something special in that moment. It felt like something out of a dream, two baseball lovers brought together by a field saying, "If you build it, he will come."
Proud Americans through and through, it only felt right to choose Fourth of July weekend to celebrate love, freedom, and a future together. Now here they are, headed back to the very special place which sent sparks flying, ready to take to the field as husband and wife.
