Best Man
Kalle and Michael have been best friends since law school. Kalle not only coordinated a fun bachelor party in Nashville for the guys, but he arrived to Annapolis ready to help throughout the weekend. He was there to save the day with random last-minute errands and keeping all the groomsmen on track on our wedding day!
Maid of Honor
Megan and Amber met at a wine bar in Monrovia shortly after Amber moved to the town. Megan was hand-on the second she accepted her role as Maid of Honor. She helped research vendors, attend on-site visits to find the perfect venue, and traveled near and far for the Say-Yes-to-the-Dress moment! She also hosted a beautiful bridal shower, a fun paint night before the wedding, and ensured we breezed through the wedding day relaxed.
Groomsman
Ben and Michael met in boarding school. Ben arrived two days before the wedding and was ready to help in any way. The morning after the wedding, he got up bright and early with our bridesmaid, Donna, to pick up fancy donuts and set up the farewell brunch. He even pushed back his flight to stay and help. We were so grateful to have him and extra day. We were lucky to have plenty of extra room at our AirBnB, so he and Donna could stay with us. We had such a fun night in the backyard sharing stories in the midst of a thunderstorm and watching the fireflies. Ben recently passed away, but we always remember that night we all had together in the backyard. We love you and miss you, Ben!
Bridesmaid
Donna and Amber met at a wine bar in Monrovia shortly after Amber moved to the town. They've been friends ever since their first night out for sushi. Donna helped every step along the way. She was always researching various ways to add special touches to the wedding day, worked with Monica to plan and set up the welcome drinks and farewell brunch, and kidnapped the bride for a weekend wine getaway for some much needed R&R. We were so lucky to have her by our side and celebrating with us throughout the weekend.
Groomsman
Nate and Michael met in elementary school. They tore up the trails on their bicycles and have remained friends ever since. It meant so much to us to have Nate by our side on our wedding day. We were lucky to have him help Michael coordinate the wedding day timeline and the groomsmen at the rehearsal dinner, so everyone arrived on time and ready to walk down the aisle.
Bridesmaid
Monica and Michael are cousins, but she is really like a sister. Monica was amazing. She not only opened up her home and helped host the welcome drinks and farewell brunch, but she was hands-on the entire weekend, stacked her home with Amazon boxes full of wedding day supplies, and managed a wedding dress crisis in New York. We could not have brought everything together without her!
Groomsman
Scharf and Michael met at NYU. He lives in LA and we were lucky to have him as part of our "COVID bubble". Scharf kept the wedding party on our toes and brought the energy throughout the weekend. He helped Michael with the groomsmen attire and wrangle everyone on the wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Christina and Michael are cousins, but she is really like a sister. She was always there to help in planning all the details prior to the wedding and making sure the flower girls were ready for their big moment down the aisle. She's always so calming and positive, even when things are a little chaotic all around us.
Best Woman
Krista may be a step-sister, but she and Amber are kindred spirits. She is a sister from another mister. Although Krista was not officially a part of the wedding party, she went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible wedding weekend. She was always there to help during the wedding planning and even flew to New York to experience Kleinfeld with the bride for an unforgettable weekend. She arrived to Annapolis early to help bring all the minute details to life, lash-up the bride, glam up the flower girls, and took care of countless behind-the-scene details.
