Our story began Fall of 2014. Mike and I first met in cadaver lab during dental school. Little did we know that our love story would "come to life" in a cadaver lab. Yet, it was from that point on where we began to carve out a very strong and loyal friendship. As luck would have it, our names were right next to each other in alphabetical order so we were always in the same rotation group. Our competitive drillings sessions during Sim Lab, kept us challenged side by side and helped us continue our corny challenges which served to solidify our friendship and fondness for one another. We shared everything with each other from sob stories at school, to our awkward flirting language. It was until the second year of dental school, that Mike finally worked up the courage to ask me to dinner at now, our favorite sushi spot. Even in the midst of all the stress and chaos that came with dental school, we learned to stay prayerful, playful, and supportive of one another. Our love for one another continued to take root and blossom. We "get" each other and laugh and tease and just enjoy our time. We share similar interests and our love of family truly defines who we are and how we are. Isn't that what it's all about?! We graduated together and I said yes on our graduation day when he proposed with me barefoot holding a glass of wine in my hand. He'll pay! But actually, I'd have it no other way. Looking forward to many more laughs and joys from the love we share.
