What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please start arriving at 5pm so we can keep things on schedule! Please be mindful that it is a Friday afternoon and traffic could be a factor if you are traveling through the Oakland center to reach Phipps. If you are familiar with Phipps, you will be entering at the Outdoor Garden entrance (not the main entrance).

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have valet parking at Phipps available as you arrive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask all guests to wear cocktail attire (cocktail dresses and dark jackets, slacks, and a tie). The entire evening will be outside, with the reception underneath a tent. Please keep this in mind when deciding on attire.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only celebration.
