The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately a 45-60 minute drive to Hilton Head Island. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to the island. Rates range from $60 - $100 one-way. For our CT friends & family flying from BDL, Breeze Airways flies direct to SAV.
