Dinner Party (Friday)
We’re kicking off the wedding weekend with a hosted dinner party for all our guests at one of our favorite local Mexican restaurants in Vegas! This is the perfect chance to catch up with loved ones, meet family and friends from both sides, and start the celebrations. It’s also a great time to make plans for Saturday—whether it’s reserving a cabana for a poolside day party, booking a spa appointment, or just exploring the resort together. Location: Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant (Downtown Summerlin, not at Red Rock) Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday 21st Getting There: About a 15-minute walk from Red Rock Casino or just a couple of minutes by car. Where to Find Us: We have a private room in the back—just tell the host you’re with the Sullivan & Matthews party. Come ready to eat, drink, and kick off an unforgettable weekend!

We’re thrilled to have you celebrate with us! Our wedding will be a formal affair, but with a fun, non-traditional twist. While tuxedos and formal gowns are always welcome, they’re not required. We encourage you to dress in your finest cocktail or formal attire—elegant and stylish, but with room to show your personality. Feel free to add a pop of color or vibrance to your look to bring some extra flair and energy to the celebration! The party will be both indoor and outdoor, so be sure to dress comfortably for both settings. Let’s light up the night together! Wedding Arrival & Entrance Instructions: Doors Open: 4:30pm (hotel lobby) Ceremony: 5:00pm Parking & Transportation: Self-parking is available, Uber drop-offs Entrance & Check-In: Enter through the VIP Lounge doors in the hotel lobby. To ensure a smooth experience, guests will be welcomed into the party in small groups as to not overcrowd the check in desk. A friend will be present to assist and guide you to the VIP Lounge.
