WHEN DO I NEED TO BE AT THE VENUE FOR THE CEREMONY?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
The event is semi-formal, we're encouraging people to match our beach theme if possible, so wearing shades of blue. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, and so are jackets and slacks. The ceremony is planned to be outside, as long as it is not raining so plan accordingly with your outfit. There will be outdoor heaters as well.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy our loved ones, we are not extending +1's at this time. If your partner is invited their name is included on your Save the Date and Formal Invitation.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
If your child is invited, their name is listed on the invitation. We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS ON A PHONE OR CAMERA DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Please refrain from using any electronics during the ceremony and place them on Do Not Disturb. We have hired a photographer to capture our day and will be asking for an unplugged ceremony.

HOW'S PARKING?
Answer
Self parking is extremely limited, but there is complimentary valet parking available as well. If you are staying at the hotel for the evening after the festivities parking is $15 a day.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Answer
We recommend staying at the Beauport Hotel so that you can participate in all of the festivities, but there are other hotels available in the area as well. There are several weddings happening during the course of the weekend so wherever you are staying we suggest that you book your room as early as possible.

WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK MY ROOM BY?
Answer
At the very latest, if all rooms in the hotel block are not yet filled you will need to book in the hotel block 8 weeks before the wedding. Please book by March 3rd, otherwise the rooms will be released to the public.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Answer
We're hoping for a warm day, but it's a still a few weeks away and April temperatures could be in the 70's or in the 30's so be mindful of that when choosing your outfit. The ceremony will take place outdoors provided that it is not raining and there will be outdoor heaters as well.
