When is the RSVP deadline? Please RSVP by 1st May 2026.
How do I book my accommodation? We are handling all bookings for the weekend. Head to the Accommodation tab to view your options and follow the instructions to book and make payment. Is accommodation included? We kindly ask that guests cover the cost of their own accommodation. Everything else over the weekend will be taken care of by us. Can I just attend one night? We have planned a full weekend so we can relax and truly enjoy the celebration without the pressure of rushing to see everyone on the wedding day. The welcome dinner is a key part of that experience. It will be a more formal evening, with many of our wedding speeches taking place then, so we would love for you to join us for the full weekend. Is there parking available at the venue? Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on site.
Are children welcome? As much as we adore your little ones, this will be a child-free celebration so all guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Can I bring a plus one? Invites are addressed specifically. If your invitation was addressed to you only, we are reserving your spot just for you.
What time is Check-in & Check-out? Check-in is available from 2pm on Saturday, giving you plenty of time to settle in before the welcome dinner that evening. Check-out is at 10am on Monday, after the ‘morning after’ breakfast and before we head off to the recovery day at the Nagambie Brewery. Will there be transport between venues? The ceremony and reception are within walking distance. If you require assistance due to injury or mobility, we will arrange a car. Transport from the venue in Trawool to the recovery day in Nagambie (approximately a 30-minute drive) will need to be self-organised. What’s planned for the recovery day? Let’s just say… it’s the party after the party. It’s our first full day as Mr and Mrs Stockdale, and we plan to let our hair down and soak it all in with our nearest and dearest. We ask that guests organise their own accommodation this night.
Will there be food and drinks? Yes! We will kick things off with wood-fire pizzas at the welcome dinner on Saturday. On the wedding day, there will be canapés during cocktail hour followed by a two-course meal at the reception. Later in the night, we’ll have some light snacks and you can expect a buffet breakfast both the morning of and the morning after the wedding. I have dietary requirements. What should I do? Can we take photos during the ceremony? You are welcome to take photos and videos but we kindly ask that nothing is posted on social media until we have made our own announcement.
Do you have a gift registry? Your presence at our wedding weekend is the most meaningful gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to contribute, we will have a wishing well to help us with our honeymoon.
