WHAT IS THE RSVP DEADLINE? Please RSVP by 1st August 2026.
HOW DO I BOOK MY ACCOMMODATION? To book your room for the wedding weekend, please make payment directly to the account listed under the Accommodation tab, using your name(s) as the reference. There is no need to go through the venue. IS ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED? We kindly ask that guests cover the cost of their own accommodation. Everything else across the weekend will be taken care of by us. As accommodation is limited and allocated on a first in, first served basis, your booking will only be secured once payment has been made. Once payment is received in full, we will do our best to allocate your first room preference where possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold rooms without payment. CAN I JUST ATTEND ONE NIGHT? We have planned a full weekend so we can relax and truly enjoy the celebration without the pressure of rushing to see everyone on the wedding day. The welcome dinner is an important part of that experience, with many of our wedding speeches taking place then, so we would love for you to join us for the full weekend. WHAT ARE THE ROOM SLEEPING CONFIGURATIONS? For all hotel rooms and glamping tents you can choose between a queen bed or two king singles (excludes apartments). When RSVP’ing, please include your preferred bedding configuration. IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE? Yes, there is plenty of free parking available on site. WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR GLAMPING? If you choose to glamp, each tent will be fully fitted with all sleeping and furniture requirements. An all in one portable ensuite with a shower and toilet will also be available in the designated glamping area. Please note the glamping area is set up specifically for the pre arranged glamping tents, so guests are unable to bring their own camping gear, swags or tents to stay on site. A small mirror is included in the ensuite, however we recommend bringing your own mirror to make getting ready a little easier.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME? As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve chosen to make our wedding a child-free celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy themselves. That said, we understand some guests will be travelling internationally and in those cases, we know your children will likely be coming along. They are, of course, included in your invitation. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE? Invites are addressed specifically. If your invitation was addressed to you only, we are reserving your spot just for you.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT? Check-in is available from 2pm on Saturday, giving you plenty of time to settle in before the welcome dinner that evening. Check-out is at 10am on Monday, after the ‘morning after’ breakfast. WILL THERE BE TRANSPORT BETWEEN VENUES? The ceremony and reception are within walking distance. If you require assistance due to injury or mobility, we can arrange a car for you.
WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINKS? Yes! We will kick things off with wood fire pizzas at the welcome dinner on Saturday. On the wedding day, there will be a buffet breakfast provided in the morning, and the Granite Bar will also be open for lunch if you’d like something to eat before the ceremony. During the wedding celebrations, there will be canapés during cocktail hour followed by a two course meal at the reception, with some light snacks served later in the night. You can also expect a buffet breakfast the morning after the wedding. I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. WHAT SHOULD I DO? When RSVP’ing, there will be a section for you to include any dietary requirements, please do so there.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY? We will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the rest of the celebrations, but we just ask that nothing is posted on social media until we’ve made our own announcement.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING GIFTS? Having you celebrate with us is the most meaningful gift of all. However, if you would like to contribute in another way, a wishing well will be available.
WHAT'S IS THE RECOVERY LUNCH? The Recovery Lunch is a casual get together by Nagambie Lake at the Nagambie Brewery. Nothing formal - just a few drinks, some lunch, and a chance to spend our first afternoon as Mr and Mrs Stockdale with a few of our nearest and dearest. WILL THERE BE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE BETWEEN TRAWOOL ESTATE AND NAGAMBIE BREWERY? Transport from the venue in Trawool to the Recovery Lunch in Nagambie (approximately a 30-minute drive) will need to be self-organised. WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS FOR AFTER THE RECOVERY LUNCH IF WE WISH TO STAY? If you would like to stay the night in Nagambie so you can enjoy a few drinks at the recovery lunch without worrying about getting home, there are plenty of accommodation options in town. Our personal recommendation would be Nagambie Waterfront Motel, which is only a short 100m walk from the brewery. As it’s a long weekend, we would suggest booking accommodation early as places are likely to book out quickly.
