Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closet family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

For our special date, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special weekend away!

What is the dress code?

Please join us in your best formal attire. *Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream to allow the bride to shine in her dress*

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Indoor! During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to step outside and enjoy the outdoor deck — perfect for sipping, mingling, and taking in the views!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

On the day of the wedding, a shuttle service will be provided between the venue (including the chapel) and the following Stratton Mountain accommodations: Black Bear Lodge, Long Trail House, and Founder's Lodge. Shuttles will run before the ceremony and return guests at the end of the evening. Please note: If you decide not to stay at one of the three provided accommodations or choose to stay off Stratton Mountain property, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the venue. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area. Guests not staying in the provided accommodations are welcome to arrange transportation to and from Stratton Mountain with The Mountain Drivers.
