Our love story began at Montana State University-Billings, where we both decided to change our majors to teaching, and with changing our majors came with us having classes together. We first met each other during our psychology education class, where Parker decided to sit next to Mikayla, and both remained sitting at that same table for the rest of the semester next to each other. During that time, we both got to know each other pretty well, but unfortunately, both of us were in a relationship at the time. Little did we know that fate would bring us back to each other two years later. After our class that we had together, we did not have any more classes with each other, as Parker was finishing up with his elementary degree, and Mikayla was moving towards finishing up her special education teaching degree. About two years later, Parker would reconnect with Mikayla through facebook, and start of our relationship had begun. Parker took a job up in Havre, MT where he would teach 5th grade, and Mikayla was still finishing up her two degrees, which resulted in us having a long-distance relationship for a year, a lot of traveling between Havre and Billings was done. Nearing Mikayla`s student teaching, Parker decided he was going to convince Mikayla to move up to Havre and complete her teaching there. Mikayla agreed to move up to Havre to complete her student teaching and also took a job as a special education teacher. Parker and Mikayla decided to buy a house together in Havre, so Mikayla could bring up her two French bulldogs to live with them. After moving into the house, Parker did eventually ask Mikayla to marry her (about 3 years later) and the rest is history!
