We know that this is a very strange question, however James and I feel very strongly about drinking and driving. We have lost friends to this action and we do not condone it. We will be notifying police that an event with alcohol is taking place. James and I have also agreed that if we see anyone that is intoxicated and about to drive we will politely ask you not to and ask you make other arrangements to get home but we will be reporting drinking and driving. We are 100% okay if you had a bit to much fun and need to leave your vehicle for the night. We want everyone to enjoy themselves and most importantly stay safe.
Yes, kids are more than welcome. We want you and your family to be apart of our special day. We plan to have a kids table with coloring and possibly some games.
We wanted to everyone to have someone who is special or just a friend to come celebrate and enjoy our day.
We have talked to the bussing company in Athabasca and rented a bus. The first one will arrive to hotel at 12:00 to bring guest to the wedding. There will be 2 buses leaving in the evening at 11:00 and 1:30 for anyone wanting to leave earlier or leave later. We do ask if your able to tip the drivers, please do. Without them the transportation aspect would be crazy.
There will be limited parking at the venue. We cannot promise that there will be enough parking for everyone. We strongly suggest car pooling, having someone drop you off, using the transportation provided by bus from the hotel, or RSVP for parking.
We would be more than happy if you wanted to bring a trailer. Unfortunately we have limited camping space. Please RSVP for space and it will be first come first serve with the RSVPS.
