When Should I Arrive to The Wedding Venue?

Answer

Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive late, you will not be escorted to the Ceremony and you will have to wait until Cocktail Hour to enter.

What Should I Wear to The Wedding?

Answer

The theme is Formal Tropical. Think vibrant colors like Red, Orange, Yellow, etc. If you would like, you can wear black. ** White cannot be the primary color of your outfit and you will be denied entrance if a majority of your outfit is white **

January 11th.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you are granted a plus 1 in your invite, you may bring a date. If you do not have a plus 1, security will not let them into the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Kids over 12 only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is parking at the entrance of the venue. There will be people helping direct traffic.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be group transportation arrangements from our list of suggested hotels.
