FAQs

Question

What about the ceremony?

Answer

We have decided to have a very small and intimate ceremony prior to the reception, so we will already have tied the knot and will be ready to celebrate by the time we see you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. We would love to see all of you having fun with color and textures! Here is a mood board so you can see the vibe we are going for: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/518547344615915607/ Ultimately, it's most important that you to enjoy yourself, so wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! The reception will be in a grassy backyard, so take that into consideration for heels/footwear. Please...do not wear white :)

Question

What time should I be there?

Answer

The gathering begins at 5 and dinner will be served at 6! We ask that all guests arrive promptly at 5, as we will be making a grand entrance shortly thereafter and would love for everyone to be there. Once dinner is finished, the caterers will pack everything away, so food will not be available if you decide to show up later in the evening.

Question

Parking Situation?

Answer

There will be street parking available along Scripps drive and Bridgeport Ave. Cars left overnight have to be registered with the city. Please take this into consideration to avoid ticketing!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests who are invited will be specified on the invitation. Please do not bring guests that have not been specifically invited.

Question

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Children will also be specified on the invitation. Please no extra children.

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

We're having appetizers, Italian food, desserts, and drinks (both alcoholic and N/A). The food being served has options for various dietary needs and restrictions. All that we ask is that you tip your bartender. Just relax and enjoy the reception!

Question

Will Finn & Ellie be there?

Answer

Unfortunately, they have prior obligations.
